Anais Parfait

Brand & communication designer for consulting firms and expert-led organisations

Brand design that makes your expertise

impossible to ignore.

I help consulting firms and established organisations with complex, expert-authored content look as credible on paper as they are in the room. Brand, website, decks and proposals, designed as one system by one specialist instead of an agency.

What I actually do

Same content.
Read to the end.

Most expert content doesn't need rewriting. It needs structure: one message per page, the evidence in order, the decision impossible to miss.

Q3 Market Entry Assessment – Key Findings, Analysis and Recommendations for Southern Europe

LOGO

• Italy shows the strongest demand growth (+14% YoY) but also the highest regulatory complexity and longest licensing timeline of the three markets assessed
• Spain offers lower entry costs and mid-level demand growth (+9% YoY), with an established partner ecosystem
• Portugal is the smallest market but offers the fastest partner onboarding (approx. 3 months)
• Recommendation: enter Spain first in Q1, use Spain as a hub for Portugal, and revisit Italy in 2027 once regulatory situation is clearer
• Next steps: partner shortlist, budget approval, pilot plan (see appendix C, D and F)

The problem

Clients judge your firm long before they hear you speak.

In ten years across banking, aviation and executive education, I kept seeing the same thing. A sharp consultant loses the room by the third slide. A strong proposal gets skimmed instead of read. The thinking was never the issue. Nothing about the way it looked told people to take it seriously, and that gap costs firms work they should have won.

01

Expertise people read to the end

Dense, technical or strategic content, structured so your reader actually gets through it.

02

One firm, everywhere

Brand, website, decks and proposals that look and sound like the same company, whoever on your team produced them.

03

Trust that turns into pipeline

Design aimed at the exact moment a prospect decides whether to keep listening.

Selected work

Two very different rooms. The same gap between the thinking and the packaging.

Rebranded presentation for Management Centre Europe

01

Executive education · 5+ years

Management Centre Europe: five years, one system

As MCE's sole designer, I led their 2022 rebrand and carried it through every programme material, proposal, presentation and digital platform their teams use. Fragmented assets built over years became one system that internal teams and external consultants can all work from.

Business consulting & corporate advisory

Willifred: repositioned for enterprise clients

Willifred's advice was sophisticated. Their brand wasn't. I rebuilt the positioning, identity, website, pitch deck, proposals and event materials as one enterprise-ready system.

What the team reported after launch

→ Stronger reactions in enterprise pitches, almost immediately
→ More enquiries that matched their real target client
→ Prospects quoting specific pages of the new deck back to them
→ More speaking and partnership invitations

What you're investing in

You're not buying a logo. You're buying a brand that holds up in front of your biggest prospects.

Every project starts with strategy, not visuals. Before I design anything, we work out who you need to convince, what they need to believe and where your current materials let them down. That thinking is what keeps the design working long after launch day.

Who you'll work with

One senior specialist.
Not a rotating cast.

I'm Anaïs Parfait. Before going independent in 2019, I worked in banking and aviation, including on staff at Emirates as a social media consultant. Across Mauritius, Dubai, Belgium and Italy, I kept seeing sharp thinking get less credit than it deserved because of how it was presented.

I keep my client list small on purpose, so I can think properly about your problem instead of managing a queue. You deal with me from the first call to the final file. And if your brand needs to show up somewhere I haven't worked before, I learn it properly rather than hand it off.

Clarity isn't decoration. It's structure.

Living across four cultures taught me how differently people read, trust and decide. Your brand gets designed for an international audience, not just a local one.

Who is Anaïs Parfait?

I’m Anaïs Parfait, an independent brand and communication designer based in Italy. Since 2019 I’ve helped consulting firms, expert-led organisations and independent experts look as credible on paper as they are in the room, designing their brand, website, decks and proposals as one system. I’ve lived and worked in Mauritius, Dubai, Belgium and Italy.

How much does a brand project cost?

Every package has a published price range. The Brand System Starter for independents is €2,500–4,000. Brand Foundation is €6,400–9,000, a Refresh €7,000–10,000 and a full Launch with website €10,000–14,000. Ongoing Design Partnership is €1,800–3,200 a month for 15–20 hours. Where you land in a range depends on the number of pages, templates and formats, and every package can be tailored.

How long does a brand project take?

The Brand System Starter takes 3–4 weeks. Brand Foundation and Refresh projects take 6–8 weeks. A Launch package with identity, messaging and website takes 8–12 weeks. Design Partnership is ongoing and scoped month by month.

How do payments work?

Brand projects are paid in three instalments: 40% on booking, 30% when the concepts or direction are approved and 30% on final delivery. The Brand System Starter is 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Design Partnership is billed monthly in advance.

Will my team be able to use the files without a designer?

Yes. Everything is delivered in everyday formats: Word, Google Docs, PDF and editable PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote templates. Adobe source files are available on request.

Do you work alone or with a team?

Alone, on purpose. You work with me, Anaïs, from the first call to the final file. I take on a small number of clients at a time so each one gets real attention.

Do you work with clients outside Italy?

Yes. I work remotely with international clients. Management Centre Europe, my client for more than five years, is based outside Italy, and having lived in four countries I design for international audiences, not just a local one.

Which tools and platforms do you work in?

Figma, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Canva, WordPress and Elementor, Framer, Shopify, Squarespace and Wix, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, plus PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote. If your stack includes something I haven’t used, I learn it.

Do you use AI in your work?

As part of the process, never as the output. I use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to speed up research and early strategy, but every logo, message and design you receive is refined, finalised and signed off by me.

How it starts

A real conversation first. Design comes later.

02

A clear scope and price

You get a plan that spells out deliverables, revision rounds and timeline, built from a package or tailored to you.

03

Strategy, then design

We discover, set the direction, design, refine and deliver, with you involved at every stage and files your team can use straight away.
