FOR CONSULTING & ADVISORY FIRMS

You're competing with firms ten times your size. Your brand shouldn't be why you lose.

Your expertise already holds up in the room. The problem is everything around it — the deck that looks thrown together, the website that reads like everyone else’s, the proposal that undersells the work. I close that gap for consulting and advisory firms punching above their size: brand, website, decks, and proposals, built and run by one person, not handed off through an agency.

RECOGNITION

This is probably you if:

01

Your team’s expertise is genuinely strong, but your materials don’t say so

02

You’re pitching against firms with in-house marketing teams, and it shows

03
Every partner’s deck looks a little different
04
You don’t need — or want to pay for — a full agency retainer
Willifred consulting

Repositioned for enterprise-level trust

Willifred came to me with a brand that didn’t reflect the sophistication of their advice — a common gap in consulting, where the thinking is ahead of the packaging. I rebuilt their identity, website, proposals, and event materials into one coherent, enterprise-ready system.

how i help

Everywhere your credibility gets judged

01

Brand & identity

A visual system that reads as senior as your advice.
02

Website

A site that makes the case for you before the first call.
03

Decks & proposals

Presentations built to be read in the room, not skimmed past.
WHY ONE PERSON, NOT AN AGENCY

One senior specialist. Not a rotating cast of juniors.

I’m not an agency, and I’m not trying to be one. When you work with me, you work with me — the same person from the first call to the final file, not an account manager passing your brief to whoever’s free that week. I take on a small number of clients at a time on purpose, so I can actually think about your problem instead of managing a queue. If something’s outside what I’ve done before, I don’t hand it off — I dig in and figure it out; that instinct is what took me from banking, to an airline, to executive education. Whatever platform your brand needs to show up on, I’d rather learn it properly than half-do it.

01

Direct line to the person doing the work — nothing lost in translation

02

A small, deliberate client list — real attention, not leftover hours

03

Whatever the format — deck, site, print, social — I'd rather learn it than outsource it

PROCESS

A real conversation, first.

Every project starts the same way — a real conversation about what’s actually not working.
